We bill and pay out monthly. After you've validated payroll, we charge your company in US Dollars and pay employees in their local currency. Currency fluctuations may impact the amount you pay, as your employees will always be paid the same amount in their local currency.
We use the mid-market rate and any applicable fee passed on by our provider at cost at the time of billing.
All employees have access to private medical, dental, and vision insurance through BUPA, the world's largest health insurance provider.
We also offer short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance benefits through GBG.
