That’s because hiring abroad typically requires building or buying a local branch, registering it as a subsidiary of your headquarters, filing for local bank accounts, keeping up to date with changing local labor laws and collective bargaining rights, and contracting local payroll, accounting, legal, and HR personnel. This process takes months if you're lucky, a year if you're not.

You can redeem your $20,000 in Panther credits towards our Global Payroll plans at a rate of $150 a month, per employee. Credits cannot be used for payroll-related obligations, included but not limited to gross salaries, local employer obligations, employee benefits, allowances, or FX-related expenses. They also cannot be used in combination with other special offers or discounts.
We charge USD and pay employees in their local currency. Currency fluctuations may impact the amount you pay, as your employees will always be paid the same amount in their local currency. In our calculations, we use the mid-market rate.
All employees have access to private medical, dental, and vision insurance through SafetyWing, our benefits partner, along with short/long-term travel, Private and Public Hospital charges, COVID-19 treatment and much more.
We also offer access to short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance benefits.
We co-employ with you. This means that we handle the admin aspects of your team's employment, while you retain operational control (IP, processes, creative work, day-to-day business), just like any other employer would. Your company, your team — not ours.

Employing globally is incredibly hard. I know this because I’ve been there.
In 2019, my team and I were building Chefit, an app that hoped to make it easy for people to order food from personal chefs.
Due to COVID-19, Chefit closed. Still, we didn’t rest until we found new jobs for the team. But being a 100% remote and global team posed a few challenges.
